  • Courier companies often do not handle COD shipments with priority

  • In some cases, riders may act irresponsibly and return parcels without contacting the customer

  • New Kabli Cloth is not responsible for such courier-related issues or failed deliveries

We strongly recommend customers choose advance payment to avoid inconvenience.

  • Custom orders require advance payment

  • Such orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
